- WJCNY offers legal consultations, referrals and full representation across a variety of employment and immigration matters including wage and hour violations, employment discrimination, agricultural worker violations, human trafficking, U&T Visas and VAWA petitions. In the Mid-Hudson Valley only, WJCNY offers a full range of immigration legal services. WJCNY also conducts outreach to thousands of low-wage workers each year to provide “Know Your Rights” information concerning workplace and immigrants’ rights and offers a wide variety of workplace health & safety trainings. WJCNY offers limited human services case management to victims of human trafficking and to farmworker women who are victims of domestic and/or sexual violence. Finally, WJCNY offers opportunities to workers for leadership development with the aim of worker empowerment.
