LASMNY’s Oneonta office provides free civil legal services in matters including consumer, housing, domestic violence, public benefits, and elder law.

Circumstances and languages in which interpreters are provided

Interpreters are provided for all limited English proficient or hearing impaired clients. Telephonic interpreters are available in 150+ languages.

LASMNY uses NYS relay and provides free certified ASL interpreters for clients who are hearing impaired.

Income Guidelines

Up to 200% of the poverty level, with no income limit for Seniors 60+, victims of domestic violence, or people facing foreclosure.

Your family’s income should be at or below the following percentage of the federal poverty level
