Who We Are
The Immigration Justice Clinic is a free legal clinic staffed by upper-division law students who have received intensive instruction and are qualified to represent and advise certain clients pursuant to a Student Practice order of the Appellate Division, Second Department, of New York State Supreme Court. The student attorneys work under the very close supervision of an attorney and law professor.
The Immigration Justice Clinic is a component of John Jay Legal Services, Inc. at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
