Mobilization for Justice – Warren J. Sinsheimer Children’s Rights Program (formerly Partnership for Children’s Rights)

Who We Are

Mobilization for Justice provides advice and representation to predominantly low-income parents of students with disabilities seeking appropriate special education services and school placements from the New York City Department of Education.  We represent parents at Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, administrative due process hearings, and in appeals before the New York State Review Officer and in federal court.

How to Get Help

At this time we are offering remote services via an updated phone intake line, email, online intake portals, and social media. Please call (212) 417-3786 Mondays or Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Callers should have all documents on hand, including all educational notices from the school, IEPs, suspension documents, etc.
