Who We Are

Disability Advocacy Project represents Manhattan residents who have been denied SSI or SSD benefits, or who are having difficulty receiving their SSI and/or SSD benefits.

Income Guidelines

This program can accept individuals with incomes up to 187.5% of the poverty level if the person has special circumstances such as high medical bills, child care expenses, or other debts.

Your family’s income should be at or below the following percentage of the federal poverty level
