HIV Law Project’s long history of working with low-income HIV-positive communities and proven legal expertise make it uniquely qualified to provide crucial legal services and advocacy programs for this disenfranchised community. Income Guidelines
While most of our clients live at or below 125% of the poverty level, we do not have strict income caps and will consider (on a case-by-case basis) handling legal matters for those living above 125% of the poverty level.
Your family’s income should be at or below the following percentage of the federal poverty level
