Who We Are
SVLAS provides free legal services in civil cases to the low-income residents of southwestern Virginia. SVLAS has three offices throughout the region but applications are accepted only through our centralized intake unit. The toll-free number for the centralized intake unit is 1-888-201-2772. - Up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines in some circumstances – we can deduct some work and health related expenses from income to determine financial eligibility. In addition, we will consider your assets in determining eligibility.
